3 AXIS CNC MILLING
Precision machining is an extremely versatile process, capable of producing almost any shape. Milling uses rotary cutting tools to remove material from raw stock materials.
It is one of the most common processes used to make very precise custom parts. 3 axis cnc control allows us to produce parts with complex 3d surfaces. We can achieve tolerances within .001in, though our standard shop tolerances are +/-.005in.
Our work envelope is 30in x 16in x 20in.
